摘  要:在ER5183焊丝合金成分基础上添加微量的Zr和Er,对焊丝进行微合金化;采用TIG方法对5182铝合金板材施焊,研究了焊接接头的拉伸强度、硬度和显微组织。结果表明,使用ER5183焊丝的焊接接头最薄弱位置是焊缝处,且焊接热影响区的软化问题较严重;使用Zr-Er微合金化焊丝焊接接头的晶粒细化效果明显,焊接接头的拉伸强度和硬度也有较大幅度提高,其中复合添加Zr和Er微合金化的ER5183焊丝焊接接头的性能最佳,抗拉强度可达330.4MPa,计算焊接系数为0.77。The micro-alloying aluminum alloy welding wires were designed by adding small amounts of Zr and Er into ER5183 wires. The mechanical properties and microstructure of welded joints with the method of TIG welding were studied. The results show that the fusion zone of the welded joints is the weakeat position. The soften zone in heat-affect zone is the weakest point of the melded joint .The additions of Zr and Er into ER5183 welding wire can result in the more finer grains significantly and increase the properties of the welded joint substantially. The best effect can be achieved with the addition of Zr and Er. The tensile strength of the welded joints is 330.4 MPa, and the strength coefficient is 0.77.
