鼻内镜下手术治疗上颌窦鼻内翻乳头状瘤的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨鼻内镜下手术治疗上颌窦鼻内翻乳头状瘤的治疗效果。方法选取我院2008年1月-2013年12月收治的上颌窦鼻内翻乳头状瘤患者做为研究对象，按照人院顺序随机分为治疗组与对照组，治疗组应用鼻内镜下手术治疗，对照组患者应用传统鼻侧切开术。结果治疗组患者的临床数据优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。跟踪随访2～3年，治疗组患者的恶变与复发率低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论应用鼻内镜下手术治疗上颌窦鼻内翻乳头状瘤的效果显著，术中微创治疗，术后无并发症发生，值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the curative effects of nasal endoscopic surgery in the treatment of nasal inverted papilloma in maxillary sinus. Methods Patients with nasa/inverted papilloma in maxillary sinus who were admitted to our hospital from January 2008 to December 2013 were selected as subjects and randomly assigned to treatment group and control group based on admission order. The treatment group received nasal endoscopic surgery, and the control group received conventional lateral rhinotomy. Results The clinical data in the treatment group were better than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. According to the follow- up visits for two to three years, the ratios of malignant transformation and recurrence in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conehlsion The nasal endoscopic surgery in the treatment of nasal inverted papilloma in maxillary sinus is highly effective, minimally invasive and has no complications, which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
