摘　　要：本文基于杭州良渚文化村的实地考察与体验,从规划策略、建筑空间、景观设施3个层次探索物质空间规划与居住社区营建的相互关系以及相关的空间优化策略。并指出,社区的营建在空间上表现为通过作为载体的物质空间的催化作用塑造现代地缘关系,物质空间规划对于居住社区营建具有不可替代的重要作用。This article is based on field investigation and experience of Vanke Liangzhu New Town. We explored the relationship between material space planning and residential community construction through three levels-planning strategy, architectural space, and landscape facilities. Meanwhile space optimization strategies are also proposed. We pointed out that residential community construction from the aspect of space mainly reflects in the catalysis of the material space as a carrier, which use the modern geopolitical relations as a result. Material space planning has an irreplaceable role in residential community construction.
