重庆地下空间利用现状及规划对策探析

摘　　要：本文以重庆主城区地下空间利用为例,分析梳理了重庆主城区地下空间利用的基本情况及发展趋势、规划研究总体情况;针对山地城市地下空间利用的复杂性和特殊性,分析了重庆主城区地下空间规划利用的主要特征;并在分类总结山地城市地下空间开发利用面临的主要问题基础上,针对性地提出改进和完善山地城市地下空间开发利用的规划对策及建议,对规范和促进山地城市地下空间开发利用、可持续健康发展具有重要指导意义。This article mainly describes the general characteristics and tendency of mountainous city underground space development and utilization, as well as the overall urban planning in Chongqing as an example, and analyses main underground characters of mountainous city for the reasons of its uniqueness and complexity, and also summarizes the main problems of current underground space development and utilization. Furthermore, urban planning strategies and suggestions are pertinently put forward to improve and promote urban underground development, which is mostly significance for regulating and promoting the sustainable and healthy urban underground space development.
