摘  要:采用IPDI和MDI混合异氰酸酯,PBA和PEA混合多元醇为主要原料,以DMPA为亲水扩链剂,通过预聚体法合成了性能优良的水性聚氨酯胶粘剂。考察了混合异氰酸酯和混合多元醇的比值、DMPA用量、小分子扩链剂、R值等因素对水性聚氨酯乳液性能及胶膜性能的影响。结果表明:当IPDI与MDI的比值为3,PBA与PEA的比值为2,DMPA用量为3.1%,小分子扩链剂为一缩二乙二醇,R值为1.2时,合成的水性聚氨酯胶粘剂的性能优良。TG测试表明产品耐热性能明显提高。The waterborne polyurethane adhesive with good performance was synthesized by prepolymer method, with isophorone diisocyanate( IPDI), diphenyl methane diisocyanate( MDI), poly( butylene adipate) glycol (PBA) and polyethylene adipate glycol ester(PEA) as raw materials and the dimethylol propionic acid (DMPA) as hydrophiliC chain extender. The effects of the IPDI/MDI ratio, the PEA/PBA ratio, the dosages of DMPA, different small molecule chain extenders and the mole ratio of NCO/ OH (R) on the qualities of WPU emulsion and film were investigated. The result shows that the good properties of WPU emulsion and glue film can be achieved when the IPDI/MDI ratio is 3, the PEA/PBA ratio is 2, the dosage of DMPA is 3.1%, the small molecule chain extenders is diethylene glycol, and the mole ratio of NCO/OH is 1.2. TGA result shows that the thermal performance of the product has improved significantly.
