摘  要:目的探讨疾病预防控制(简称疾控)系统工作人员职业紧张和工作能力的相关关系,揭示职业紧张对工作能力的影响。方法随机抽取山东省市级以上疾控中心工作人员689人,采用付出-回报失衡(ERI)量表和工作能力指数(WAI)量表对所有研究对象进行职业紧张与工作能力测定,分析职业紧张与工作能力之间的相关关系。结果不同工作能力组间付出-回报失衡指标呈递减趋势,工作能力较好组低于中等组,中等组低于较差组,且这种差异均具有统计学意义(均P<0.05);调整混杂因素后logistic回归分析显示,工作能力较差组的付出回报比是工作能力较好组的11.578倍(P<0.01);工作能力中等组的付出回报比是较好组的5.118倍(P<0.01);工作能力与付出-回报失衡指标均存在显著性负相关(均P<0.05)。结论疾控人员职业紧张与工作能力存在相关性,且职业紧张影响疾控人员的工作能力。[ Objective ] To investigate the correlation between occupational stress and work ability among staff in disease prevention and control institutions (CDC }, reveal the impact of occupational stress on the work ability. [ Methods] A total of 689 participants were randomly collected from the municipal CDCs of Shandong Province, and received the occupational stress determination by ef- fort-reward imbalance (ERI) questionnaire and the work ability determination by work ability index (WAI) , to analyze the rela- tionship between the occupational stress and work ability. [ Results ] The effort-reward imbalance indicators showed a decreasing trend in the three work ability groups, which the better working-ability group had a lower scores than the medium working-ability group, while the scores in the medium working-ability group were lower than those in poor working-ability group, and the differ- ences were statistically significant ( P 〈 0.05 }. After adjusting the confounding factors ~ the logistic regression analysis revealed that the effort-reward ratio in poor working-ability group was 11. 578 times greater than that in the better working-ability group ( P 〈0.01 ) , and the effort-reward ratio in medium working-ability group was 5. 118 times greater than that in the better working-a- bility group ( P 〈 0.01). The work ability had a statistically significant negative correlation with the effort-reward imbalance indica- tors ( P 〈 0.05 ). [ Conclusion] There is a correlation between occupational stress and work ability among staff in CDC, and the oc- cupational stress can affect the work ability of staff.
