摘 要:讨论了钛/铝异种轻金属熔焊过程中易出现氧化物夹杂、焊接裂纹及Ti-Al脆性金属间化合物等缺陷,简要分析了焊接缺陷产生的原因。根据国内外针对钛/铝异质接头熔钎焊研究的进展,提出了改善接头过渡区显微组织的方法。采用一种新的熔钎焊技术,可以解决焊接过程中出现的部分缺陷,但也存在接头厚度方向Ti/Al界面组织分布不均匀的问题。采用脉冲电流或超声波辅助等特殊工艺,可以改善Ti/Al界面组织,提高接头的性能。Welding defects during fusion welding of titanium to aluminum dissimilar lightweight alloys were discussed briefly. Initiation mechanisms of the defects were analyzed in detail. Technologies that could improve the microstructures of Ti/Al reaction zone were put forward according to researches on welding-brazing of titanium to aluminum alloys. Oxide inclusions, welding cracks and brittle Ti-Al intermetallic compounds were easily observed during fusion welding of Ti/Al dissimilar alloys. Most of the welding defects could be suppressed by adopting a novel welding-brazing technology. However, a unequal thickness reaction were observed near the Ti/Al interface.Microstructures of the interface could be improved using ultrasonic-assisted welding or pulse current level welding,thereby improving the properties of the Ti/Al joints.
