摘 要:为探索苄嘧磺隆和苯噻酰草胺在稻田水和土壤中的降解快慢,设计了田间试验方案,施药一次,按不同时间进行样品采集。使用液-液萃取提取在水中的残留,分散固相萃取法提取在稻田土壤中的残留,应用HPLC/DAD检测。苄嘧磺隆在稻田水和土壤中的添加回收率在77.4%~109%,相对标准偏差(RSD)在1.9%~6.1%。苯噻酰草胺在稻田水和土壤中的添加回收率在87.2%~103%,相对标准偏差(RSD)在1.6%~7.9%。经检测发现苄嘧磺隆和苯噻酰草胺在稻田水中的消解速度要大于在稻田土壤中的消解,苯噻酰草胺在稻田水中的降解速率要大于在土壤中。In order to explore the degradation speed of bensulfuron methyl and mefenacet in paddy water and soil, the field test scheme was designed. After applying pesticide for once, samples were collected under different time. Residue in the water was extracted by liquid-liquid extraction, and residue in paddy soil was extracted by dispersive solid-phase extraction method and detected by HPLC-DAD. The results show that, the recovery of bensulfuron methy in paddy water and soil is 77.4%-77.4%, and the RSD is in the range of 1.9% - 6.1%; the recovery of mefenacet in paddy water and soil is 87.2% -103%, and the RSD is in the range of 1.6% - 7.9%. It's found that degradation speed of bensulfuron methyl and mefenacet in water is faster than that in soil.
