摘　　要：压力容器在生产运行过程中的安全性能和使用性能直接或间接地影响着企业正常的生产和发展,所以加强压力容器生产制造过程中的无损检测,作为生产压力容器的质量保证,就显得十分重要的。文章提出了压力容器生产制造过程中几种常见的无损检测技术,并指出了其检测方法和检测作用。Liaoning province is a traditional heavy industry province, metallurgical industry developed regions such as Anshan, Fushun and Benxi produce a lot of waste liquid in the process of metal surface treatment every year, its composition is complicated, it is very difficult to deal and harmful for the environment. In this paper, combined with industry development situation and industry actual situation in Liaoning province （especially Anshan and surrounding areas）, the ＂using waste to treat waste＂ way was put forward. At first, waste liquid from metal surface treatment was used as raw material to produce water treatment agent, then the water treatment agent was used to treat waste water and improve water quality, which can provide a method to realize recycling economy benefit.
