摘　　要：通过对A-100钢材料的某型飞机起落架关键结构件开展车铣工艺研究,成功摸索出了可转位刀具加工A-100钢材料的切削参数,掌握了某型飞机起落架关键结构件的车铣加工技术,显著提高了加工效率,大大降低了生产成本。By studying of the milling process for the key structures of a certain type aircraft’s landing gear which are made of A-100 Steel, cutting parameters for A-100 steel with indexable tools have been worked out successfully,the milling technology of the landing gear’s key structures has been mastered at the same time,which improves the processing efficiently and reduced the cost signiifcantly.
