摘　　要：本文拓展分析了Acemoglu和Robinson所忽略的平民革命组织的集体行动问题,认为革命组织的集权领导是解决其集体行动问题的一个方法,并且这种集权决策会对革命后的政治体制选择产生重大影响。我们在穷人不同质的假设下构建了新的社会演进模型。比较分析表明,在组织集权决策的约束下,革命组织的集权决策导致民主化更难以阻止革命的发生,而更容易产生一个新的集权体制社会。The paper analyzes the collective action problems in civilian revolutionary organization, which is ignored by Acemoglu and Robinson, and argues that centralized leadership of the revolutionary organization is a way to solve their collective action problems This centralized decision-making mechanism will have a significant impact on the choice of post-revolutionary political system. Under the assumption that the poor are not homogeneous,we constructed a new model of social evolution. Comparative analysis shows that, under the centralized decision-making constraint, centralized decision-making of the revolutionary organization led to the democratization is more difficult to prevent the revolution occurred, and more likely to generate a new centralized social system.
