摘　　要：研究目的:分析广东省的经济发展形势及保障经济社会发展所面临的土地利用瓶颈问题。研究方法:文献研究法,对比分析法,数量分析法。研究结果:广东在发展速度、发展后劲等方面还相对不足,与国内主要省市的比较,存在发展速度放缓、投入能力减弱、区域发展不协调等问题,必须保持投资较快增长,发挥对经济增长的拉动作用。土地资源保障是重要基础,但现阶段却已出现了瓶颈,包括土地紧缺与土地闲置矛盾突出,土地集约利用水平有待提高,区域土地利用差异巨大等方面的问题。研究结论:当前广东土地利用存在的瓶颈问题,很大程度上弱化了对经济社会发展的土地资源保障能力。只有通过节约集约用地来破解土地利用的瓶颈问题,才能促进经济社会发展新一轮的增长。The purpose of this paper is to analyze the economic development situation and security in the e- conomic and social development of the bottleneck prob- lems of land use in Guangdong Province. Employed meth- ods include The literature research method, compara- tive analysis, quantitative analysis.The research shows that the development of speed, stamina and other aspects are relatively less in Guangdong, compared with the major domestic cities, there is a slowdown in the pace of development, investment diminished capaci- ty, lack of coordination and other issues of regional development, investment must be maintained rapid growth and play on economic growth stimulating role. The protection of land resources is an important foun- dation, but at this stage already appeared bottle- necks, including the contradiction between land short- age and land idle, land intensive use needs to be im- proved, the huge difference in regional land use, etc. Conclusions： The bottlenecks of land use in Guangdong has been largely weakened the ability to land protec- tion in economic and social development. Only through using land intensive to break the bottleneck, and that we can promote the economic and social development in a new round of growth.
