摘　　要：企业第三利润源的物流,在现代经济生活中扮演着越来越重要的角色。而物流成本在综合型物流企业的成本中占据很大的比例,造成这一现象的重要原因就是对物流部门管理不善。Logistics which is the third profit Source of enterprise plays a more and more important role in the modern economic life. While logistics cost occu- pies a large proportion in the cost of comprehensive logistics enterprise, the reason for which is the poor ogistics department management.
