摘　　要：日间手术治疗作为一种新型医疗模式,它的发展日益引起人们的关注,但针对日间手术的评价尚不够全面,建议从多维度相关者评价、全面的卫生经济学评价、纳入医生绩效考核3方面建立完善的日间手术评价指标及体系,指出患者、医院和政府成为影响目前日间手术发展的制约因素。As a new medical mode, ambulatory surgery has caught more and more attention. But the assessment of ambulatory surgery is not enough. It is considered to establish ambulatory surgery assessment index system in aspects of stakeholders, health economics and doctor’s performance. It shows that patient, hospital and government are the constraint factor on ambulatory surgery development.
