摘　　要：上海申康医院发展中心通过集约式建立上海统一预约服务平台,实现了医疗资源整合,避免单家医院低效率以及重复投资建设,提高了患者满意度,提升了市级医院服务水平,缓解了患者"看病难"的问题。并从拓展预约方式满足患者需求、探索预约直付费优化就医流程、靠前服务柔性引导患者合理就医、支持家庭医生转诊服务等方面阐述了预约服务平台建设的深化前景。The progress and prospect in building Shanghai unified reservation service platform/FAN Chenhao,YANG Jiahong,HE Ping,YU Guangjun,YANG Li,DU Ning,ZHENG Peiyong//Chinese Hospitals.-2014,18(5)This paper introduces Shanghai Hospital Development Center through intensive way to build Medical alliance reservation service platform to achieve integration of medical resources, to avoid a single hospital inefficiency and duplication of investment in construction, improve patient satisfaction, improve the level of municipal hospital service, ease the general public‘s ＆quot; the difficulty in medical services＆quot; problem, and describes the deepening of application platform.
