摘 要:随着些油机的高速化和增压技术的发展 ,风冷些油机的热负荷问题日趋严重。本文研究了风冷柴油机气缸套内传热边界条件 ,在理论分析的基础上 ,提出了两种边界条件的计算公式 ,即基本关系式和实用关系式 ,利用该公式对缸套温度场进行了计算。最后对计算结果进行数据拟合 ,得出了有一定推广使用价值的边界条件计算公式。The problem of thermal load of air-cooled diesel engine was becoming seriously with speeding up and development of turbocharged engine technology. The conduct boundary conditions in the cylinder-liners were studied. On the basis of theoretical analysis two boundary condition formulae were provided.They were fundamental formula and practical formula. Using the least squares method, the empirical formulae under steady conduct boundary condition were obtained. The relative erors between calculating values and neasuring values were less than 5%. For the calculation of steady temperature field and thermal stress of air-cooled diesel engine cylinderliners, the obtained empirical formulae had very good suitability.
