摘　　要：论述医护人员提高信息素养的必要性以及医学专业图书馆开展医护人员信息素养教育的途径,包括加大宣传力度,举办多层次信息能力培训,整合信息资源,开展网络化参考咨询服务,提高图书馆员自身信息素养等方面。The paper discusses the necessity of promoting information literacy of medical personnel and the ways of medical profes- sional library carrying out information literacy education, including strengthening propaganda, carrying out multi - level information com- petency training, integrating information resources, enhancing network consulting services, improving librarians＇information literacy, etc.
