摘 要:目的以酒石酸长春瑞滨注射液(VRB-I)为对照制剂,研究酒石酸长春瑞滨热敏脂质体(VRB-TL)的血管刺激性和急性毒性。方法家兔耳缘静脉输注VRB-I和VRB-TL进行血管刺激性考察;小鼠尾静脉输注VRB-I和VRB-TL观察其毒性反应和死亡情况。结果 VRB-I具有明显的血管刺激性,VRB-TL对血管没有明显的刺激作用。VRB-TL和VRB-I的小鼠半数致死剂量(LD50)相同,均为36 mg·kg-1。但VRB-TL的最大耐受剂量为23.04 mg·kg-1,高于VRB-I。结论 VRB-TL安全性优于VRB-I。Objective To study the vascular stimulation and acute toxicity of vinorelbine tartrate thermosen-sitive liposomes (VRB-TL) compared with vinorelbine tartrate injection (VRB-I). Methods Rabbits and Kunming mice were intravenously infused VRB-TL and VRB-I to investigate vascular stimulation and acute toxicity, respec- tively. Results Vascular stimulation in rabbits was not observed after intravenous infusion of VRB-TL or sodium chloride injection, but was observed after intravenous infusion of VRB-I. The LD50 of VRB-TL and VRB-I for mice was identical (36 mg·kg^-1 ) , but the maximum tolerated dosage of VRB-TL was 23.04 mg·kg^-1, which was higher than that of VRB-I. Conclusion The toxic and side effect of VRB-TL is lower than that of VRB-I.
