摘 要:目的建立低氧习服兔高原重度足冻伤模型。方法利用动物低压舱群,对兔进行低氧(模拟高原环境)习服训练,在(-25±0.5)℃的条件下致兔后足重度冻伤,考察兔一般状况和体质量,观测兔足高原重度冻伤模型的冻伤兔后足存活面积及其病理改变。结果造模兔平均体质量明显受造模因素(损伤性因素)影响,且一般状态欠佳;冻区的活存面积为(26.24±12.24)%;病理观察显示,冻区皮肤层和肌肉层均出现明显异常。结论本文建立的兔足高原重度冻伤模型,适于作为深入研究冻伤治疗药物疗效的可靠动物模型。Objective To establish a model of severe fvostbite of rabbit feet during hypoxic acclimatization. Methods The rabbits were subjected to severe frostbite under the ( - 25 ± 0.5 ) ℃ condition after hypoxic acclima-tization training in a low pressure chamber. The general condition, body weight, survival frozen area and pathological changes of rabbits were observed. Results The average weight of model rabbits was significantly affected, their general state was poor. The survival frozen area was (26.24 ± 12.24)%. Pathological observation showed that the frozen skin and muscle layers were obviously abnormal. Conclusion This severe frostbite model for rabbits is a reliable animal model.
