摘　　要：在人工处理数据不能达到房屋交易需求的背景下,开发一个智能的、信息全方位的、搜索速度快、反应及时的房产管理信息系统是现在房产管理工作的主要任务。本文首先介绍房屋产权管理信息系统的定义及特点,并重点分析了房产管理信息系统的功能及数据库设计,希望能为大家提供参考。Data cannot achieve the building trades in artificial processing requirements of background, the development of an intelligent, information comprehensive, fast search, reaction timely property management information system is now the main task of the property management work. This paper first introduces the definition and characteristics of house property management information system, and analyses the real estate management information system function and database design, hope to provide reference for everyone.
