摘　　要：社会保障法律制度是理论界研究的热点问题。关于社会保障法律制度研究主要集中在以下几个方面:社会保障法律制度中的公平与效率的关系、社会保障权以及社会保障的城乡统筹等。考察当前我国社会保障法律制度研究的热点问题,对进一步完善该制度具有重要意义。One of the hot issues theory research is the legal system of social security.Research on social security legal system focused on the following areas：Relationship between fairness and efficiency in the legal system of social security,social security and social protection of the urban and rural areas and so on.The current study investigated the hot issues of the legal system of social security,to further improve the system is important.
