摘 要:针对传统电能表和抄表系统安装调试与运行维护时间长、效率低的弊端,在研制即插即用智能电能表装置的基础上,采用多路径组网模式抄表机制,完成电能表、集中器和主站系统的自动注册及自动抄表等功能,实现了电能表的即插即用。工程应用表明,研究成果在提高装、抄表工作人员的工作效率和提升电能计量的精益化管理水平等方面产生良好的经济和社会效益。The traditional Watt-hour meter and meter reading system takes long time in installation, debugging, operation and maintenance, so it's quite low in efficiency. In view of these disadvantages,a new multi-path networking mode reading meter system is proposed, based on the plug and play intelligent watt-hour meter equipment.. The system has many functions including automatic registration of the Watt-hour meter, the concentrator and the main station system and meter reading. The plug-and-play function can be realized. The engineering application showed that the research results could greatly improve the efficiency in installation and meter reading, and increase the management level in electric energy measurement. Furthermore, the system produced some good social and economic benefits.
