摘　　要：本文从地震基本参数;地震序列基本特征;地震前兆和预报;地震烈度与震害评估;发震机构;地震应急工作等方面较全面地介绍了1990年10月20日甘肃天祝、景泰6.2级地震的详细情况和应急对策。The paper gives a more comprehensive description of the detail of the M 6.2 Tianzhu -Jingtai earthquake of Gansu province that occurred on October 20,1990 and emergency measures adopted in the following aspects:the basic seismic parameters,the fundamental characteristics of the earthquake sequence,the earthquake precursors and prediction,the earthquake intensity and estimate of the earthquake damages,the seismotectonic,the seis- mic emergency work and etc.
