摘　　要：基于2013年天津市居民调研数据,对公众社会治理满意度、参与度进行分析研究。使用方差分析和回归方法,分析了社会治理满意度、参与度的影响因素。研究显示,受访者认为社会治理主体中参与水平最高的是党政机关和社会组织;受访者对当前社会治理水平的满意度为一般。其中,年龄和职业是影响社会治理的公众满意度和参与度的重要因素;收入、受教育程度和政治面貌则为一般影响因素。在城市社会管理中,建议切实拓宽公众参与社会治理的有效途径,增强公众参与效力。Based on the 2013 survey data on Tianjin＇ s residents, the levels of satisfaction and participation of main par- ticipants of social governance are identified. The main factors that influence them are verified and analyzed by using the ANO- VA and Ordered Logistic Regression Model. The empirical anal- ysis results reveal that the respondents believe that government departments and social organizations are the most important par- ticipants and have a moderate level of satisfaction to social gov- ernance. Age and occupation are important factors of the levels of satisfaction and participation of pubic to social governance. Income, education level and political affiliation are secondary factors. The public＇ s personal circumstances should be im- proved and the way that they participate in social governance should be more supplied.
