腹针对中风后偏瘫患者上肢运动功能的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨腹针对中风后偏瘫患者上肢运动功能的影响,为偏瘫患者提供更加合理、有效的治疗方法。方法将符合要求的60例患者随机分为治疗组(30例)和对照组(30例)。治疗组在接受普通针刺治疗的同时接受腹针治疗,对照组只接受普通针刺治疗,4星期为1个疗程。治疗前后进行上肢运动功能的评定。结果治疗组与对照组治疗后Fugl-Meyer上肢运动功能评分均提高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01);两组治疗后Fugl-Meyer上肢运动功能评分比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),治疗组明显优于对照组。结论普通针刺与腹针配合普通针刺两种治疗方案均能改善中风后偏瘫患者的上肢运动功能,但以腹针配合针刺的疗效更佳。Objective To explore the effect of abdominal acupuncture on the motor function of upper extremity in the patients with post-stroke hemiplegia, for providing a more reasonable and effective treatment. Method Sixty eligible patients were randomized into a treatment group（n=30） and a control group（n=30）. The treatment group was intervened by abdominal acupuncture in addition to the ordinary acupuncture treatment, while the control group was only by the ordinary acupuncture treatment, 4 weeks as a treatment course. The motor function of upper extremity was evaluated before and after treatment. Result After treatment, the Fugl-Meyer Assessment（FMA） score of the upper extremity was enhanced significantly in both groups（P 0.01）; after treatment, the inter-group comparison of the FMA score of the upper extremity showed a significant difference（P0.01）, indicating that the treatment group is superior to the control group. Conclusion The two acupuncture treatment protocols, single ordinary acupuncture and abdominal acupuncture plus ordinary acupuncture, both can improve the motor function of the upper extremity, but the integrated acupuncture protocol can achieve a better therapeutic efficacy.
