穴位埋线治疗不同证型单纯性肥胖疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察穴位埋线对不同辨证分型的单纯性肥胖患者疗效的影响。方法随机选择近3年来在门诊就诊的不同辨证分型的单纯性肥胖患者120例,采用穴位埋线治疗并观察不同辨证分型的单纯性肥胖患者穴位埋线前后的体重、肥胖度、体重指数以及血脂的变化和疗效。结果各型患者穴位埋线治疗后每疗程各个肥胖指标与治疗前相比均明显下降(P<0.05)。其中脾虚湿阻型总有效率为86.7%,显效率为50.0%,均高于其他各型(P<0.05)。结论穴位埋线治疗各种证型单纯性肥胖均有良好疗效,对脾虚湿阻型单纯性肥胖疗效最佳。Objective To observe the effect of acupoint thread-embedding on simple obesity of various syndromes. Method A hundred and twenty simple obesity patients visiting the outpatient during the recent 3 years were randomly selected to receive acupoint thread-embedding treatment. The changes of body weight, obesity degree, and body mass index, as well as the therapeutic efficacy, were observed. Result The obesity parameters of patients of different syndromes dropped significantly by every treatment course（P0.05）. Of which, the total effective rate and markedly effective rate of the syndrome of dampness due to spleen deficiency were respectively 86.7% and 50.0%, significantly better than those of other syndromes（P0.05）. Conclusion Acupoint thread-embedding is effective in treating simple obesity of various syndromes, especially for simple obesity of dampness due to spleen deficiency.
