耳穴贴压对乳腺癌改良根治术后焦虑和疼痛的影响

摘　　要：目的对乳腺癌改良根治术患者实施耳穴贴压,评价其对患者术后焦虑和疼痛程度的影响。方法将61例乳腺癌改良根治术患者随机分为对照组31例和治疗组30例,对照组实施乳腺癌根治术常规围手术期护理,治疗组在乳腺癌根治术常规围手术期护理的基础上加耳穴贴压,采用汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)和NRS疼痛评分法评价两组患者手术后的焦虑和疼痛程度。对所收集的数据进行统计学分析。结果术后两组HAMA评分均较手术前明显降低(P<0.05);同时治疗组术后第1天、术后第5天HAMA评分明显优于同期对照组(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,治疗组术后第1天、术后第2天NRS疼痛评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论耳穴贴压能够有效降低患者术后的焦虑状态和疼痛程度,为加快乳腺癌改良根治术患者术后康复提供较为有效的方法。Objective To evaluate the effect of auricular point plaster therapy on the severities of anxiety and pain after modified radical surgery for breast cancer. Method Sixty-one patients who had undergone modified radical surgery for breast cancer were randomly allocated to a control group of 31 cases and a treatment group of 30 cases. The control group received routine perioperative nursing for radical breast cancer surgery. The treatment group received auricular point plaster therapy in addition to routine perioperative nursing for radical breast cancer surgery. The severities of postoperative anxiety and pain were assessed using the Hamilton Anxiety Scale（HAMA） and the NRS pain score in the two groups of patients. The collected data were statistically analyzed. Result The Hamilton Anxiety Scale score was significantly lower in both groups after the surgery than before（P0.05）. Meanwhile, the anxiety score was significantly lower at one and five days after the surgery in the treatment group than in the control group（P0.05）. Compared with the control group, the NRS pain score was significantly lower at one and two days after the surgery in the treatment group（P0.05）. Conclusion Auricular point plaster therapy can effectively reduce the severities of postoperative anxiety and pain and provide a more effective way to speed up postoperative rehabilitation in patients who have undergone modified radical surgery for breast cancer.
