火针配合中药外敷治疗急性痛风性关节炎临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察火针配合中药外敷治疗痛风性关节炎急性发作的临床疗效。方法将85例患者随机分为两组,治疗组44例采用火针配合中药外敷治疗,对照组41例予以西药口服治疗,将两组临床疗效、止痛效果及对血尿酸的调整作用进行对比。结果治疗组总有效率为97.7%,对照组为92.7%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗后疼痛评分和血尿酸值均有下降(P<0.05)。结论火针配合中药外敷治疗急性痛风性关节炎,疗效确切。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of fire needling plus external application of Chinese herbal medicine in treating the acute attack of gouty arthritis. Method Eighty-five inpatients and outpatients were randomly allocated to two groups. The treatment group of 44 patients received fire needling plus external application of Chinese herbal medicine and the control group of 41 patients, oral administration of Western drugs. The clinical therapeutic effects, the analgesic effects and the regulating effects on uric acid were compared between the two groups. Result The total efficacy rate was 97.7% in the treatment group and 92.7% in the control group; there was a statistically significant difference between the two groups（P0.05）. The pain score and blood uric acid value decreased in both groups after treatment（P 0.05）. Conclusion Fire needling plus external application of Chinese herbal medicine has a definite therapeutic effect on acute gouty arthritis.
