摘 要:触点间的材料转移和损失是影响继电器电接触的可靠性和电寿命的重要因素,而触点分断初始时刻金属液桥是引起材料转移和损失的重要方式。为了研究触点分断过程中的金属液桥现象,研制了基于一维数控运动平台和单片机控制的触点慢速分断试验系统。该系统可在接触压力相同的情况下,研究以0.1~35μm/s恒定速度分断过程中金属液桥电压、电流等特性参数。利用该测试系统研究了Cu触点金属液桥的电压、电流特征曲线。试验结果表明,在相同负载条件下Cu金属液桥的长度随分断速度增加而减小,随着通过电流的增加而增大。Mass transfer between contacts and mass erosion are the most significant reasons that lead to failure or low reliability of a relay. The molten-bridge phenomenon appears between two separating contacts at their initial stage, which is an important mass loss or transfer type. This paper introduced an experimental system for the molten- bridge between two low-velocity opening contacts to study the bridge characteristics. This system was based on a one-dimensional motion platform and was controlled by a micro controller. This system provided the methods to study the voltage and the current of molten-bridge during the opening process of O. 1 - 35 μm/s velocity at the same contact force. Finally, the curves of the bridge voltage and the bridge current between two copper contacts were shown by using this system. The experimental results show that the length of the copper bridge decreases as the opening velocity increases at the same opened circuits. Moreover, the length of the copper bridge increases as the current of the opened circuit increase.
