摘  要:对国内新开发的的胀断连杆用非调质钢36MnVS4性能进行了研究,结果表明,材料的显微组织为极细的铁素体+珠光体混合组织,钒等微合金化元素的加入使得晶粒更加细化;胀断结果显示,材料断口为典型的脆性解理断裂,胀断变形量很小,达到或超过传统C70S6胀断效果;碳含量的降低引起组织变化,改善了切削加工性能;材料的强度增加,屈强比也显著提高,对连杆的轻量化设计和可靠性有显著的意义,可以用于胀断连杆。The properties of the new development microalloyed steel 36MnVS4 for connecting rod were investigated. Results indicate that the developed steel has a fine grain ferrite pearlite mixed structure and the grain more refined with V element. The fracture surface was brittle cleavage fracture of simulated fracture splitting specimen. The distortion is smaller than that of conventional high carbon steel C70S6. Moreover, with lower carbon content, the development steel not only has higher yield strength ratio, but also has good cutting performance. It is significant to the lightweight design and reliability of the connecting rod, which suggests that the development steel can per form fracture splitting.
