摘　　要：首先基于精准-协调配置,研究了采用全量铁水"三脱"预处理模式和脱磷转炉+脱碳转炉冶炼工艺下全板带型洁净钢生产平台高炉—转炉区段流程配置情况。之后,基于连续-紧凑布置,讨论了全板带型钢厂高炉—转炉区段的平面布置。最后,基于动态-有序运行,讨论了基本"层流"的高炉—转炉区段生产组织模式。Firstly,based on precision-coordination configuration,this article studies the BF-BOF equipment configuration of platform for clean steel production of all plate and strip used the mode of full hot metal desulfurization and dephosphorization silicon and the technology of DPBOF＋DCBOF process.Then,based on continuous-compact layout,this article discusses the layout of BF-BOF of the steelmaking plant of all plate and strip.Finally,based on dynamic-ordered running,this article discusses the production organization mode of BF-BOF with basic‘laminar flow＇.
