摘 要:研究电镀液成分对镀覆金刚石品质的影响。用冲击韧性测定仪测定镀覆金刚石的冲击韧性值;用金刚石单颗粒抗压强度测定仪测试不同增重率的单颗镀覆金刚石的抗压强度。结果表明:NaCl是影响电镀液导电性的主要因素,NiSO4对电镀液的导电性基本没有影响;NaCl质量浓度为5~30g/L时,镀覆金刚石的冲击韧性值随着NaCl质量浓度的增大而增大,当NaCl质量浓度超过30g/L后,镀覆金刚石冲击韧性值随NaCl质量浓度的增大而减小;NiSO4质量浓度介于100g/L和250g/L之间时,镀覆金刚石的冲击韧性值随着NiSO4质量浓度的增大而提高;增重率对镀覆金刚石的抗压强度起到决定性的作用,NaCl质量浓度和NiSO4质量浓度对镀覆金刚石抗压强度基本没有影响。The effect of bath impact toughness is tested by components on the properties of impact toughness test apparatus Ni-coated diamond is investi and the compressive streng grain is tested by diamond single particle compressive strength tester. The weight rate has a great effect on the compressive strength of diamond, while NaCl and NiSO4 concentrations have no effect on the compressive strength.
