摘 要:根据单螺杆制冷压缩机的结构和工作特点,分析了变频技术在单螺杆制冷压缩机应用中遇到的启动过程压缩腔内高压力、工况变化时存在能量损失等问题,计算了启动过程不卸荷的条件下压缩腔内的压力,分析了主要零部件的受力状况,对比了制冷和制热两种工况下的能耗,计算了制热工况下由于内外压比不同而产生的附加能量损失。通过分析发现:启动过程中压缩腔内的高压力对压缩机运行的可靠性和经济性都有很大的影响,因此要将变频技术应用于单螺杆制冷压缩机,必须找出合理的解决措施。Based on the structure and operating characteristics of single screw refrigeration compressor,the technical problems of the variable speed technology in the applications of single screw refrigeration compressors are analyzed.These technical problems include high compression cavity pressure during the start-up process and energy loss in the condition of variation process,and so on.The pressure of the compression chamber during the start-up process is calculated without the consideration the unloading,and the stresses of the main components were analyzed.The energy consumptions of the cooling and heating work conditions are compared,and the additional energy loss of the heating work condition due to the difference between the internal pressure ratio and the external pressure ratio is calculated.Through the analysis we can see that the high compression cavity pressure during the start-up process has great influence on the reliability and the economy of the compressor.So a reasonable solution method must be found to solve this problem to apply the variable speed technology in the single screw refrigeration compressor.
