摘  要:针对烷基苯工艺中氢气螺杆压缩机易泄漏的问题,分析了影响氢气密封优劣的主要因素,并就某烷基苯厂的氢气压缩机轴封问题进行了优化,重新改造了原有的碳环密封,降低了工艺气的泄漏量和密封气的消耗量,设计选择了适合循环氢压缩机的干气密封形式。Based on the hydrogen-leaking problem of screw compressor in the benzene process,main factors which influence hydrogen seals were analyzed.In a benzene plant,the seals systems of the hydrogen compressor were optimized.By retrofitting of the original carbon ring seals,both of the leakage amount of process gas and consumption of seal gas were reduced.Dry gas seals systems which suit to recycle hydrogen compressor were designed and selected.
