摘 要:利用Visual Basic 6.0和MATLAB混合编程技术开发了往复压缩机轴系扭振计算程序。该程序能够进行曲轴扭振的模态计算和动态响应计算,同时,还可以进行压缩机动力计算。其中,对自由振动采用了传递矩阵法;对强迫振动,则在考虑转速波动对激振力影响的基础上,采用了瞬态动力学的计算方法。通过对相关实例进行分析和结果对比,验证了该程序的可行性及工程实用价值。A calculating program for torsional vibration of the reciprocating compressor crankshaft was developed by using the Visual Basic 6.0 and MATLAB mixed programming technology.This program can be used to accomplish the modal analysis and dynamic response analysis of the crankshaft,as well as the dynamic calculation of the compressor.In this program,transfer matrix method was adopted for the free vibration,and transient dynamic analysis method considering the impact of speed fluctuation on the excitation force was used for the forced vibration.Through the analysis and result comparison of related examples,the feasibility and the engineering application value of this program was verified.
