摘　　要：针对某公司螺杆压缩机转子出现断裂现象,结合转子受力及转子材质分析得到转子产生断裂的真正原因,并提出了转子断裂的修复方法,为螺杆压缩机转子故障分析提供了重要的指导依据。Aiming at the fracture occurred in a screw compressor rotor of a company,combined with force condition and material analysis,the real reason of rotor fracture failure has been found and the repair methods have been proposed,which provides an important guiding basis for fracture failure analysis of screw rotor.
