摘  要:试验旨在研究饲粮中添加微囊丁酸钠对AA肉种鸡产蛋率、正品蛋率及存栏率的影响。试验选用20 000只31周龄健康的AA肉种鸡,随机分为2个处理,每个处理两个重复。试验组在对照组基础上添加500 g/t的微囊丁酸钠。试验期为8 w。结果表明:与对照组相比,试验期间添加微囊丁酸钠提高了肉种鸡产蛋率2.93%,但差异不显著(P>0.05)。试验第8 w,试验组较对照组产蛋率提高了5.35%,差异接近显著;微囊丁酸钠组正品蛋率较对照组提高了2.23%,但差异不显著;与对照组相比,微囊丁酸钠组显著提高试验第6、7 w肉种鸡存栏率。试验结束时,微囊丁酸钠组存栏率较对照组提高了0.91%。本试验结果表明,饲粮添加微囊丁酸钠能够提高AA肉种鸡产蛋率、正品蛋率及存栏率,提高了经济效益。This experiment was conducled to investigate the effects of dietary microcapsule sodium butyrate on production performance in AA broiler breeders. A total of 20 000 healthy 31 weeks AA broiler breeders were randomly assigned to 2 treatments, each treatment contained two replicates. Supplement microeapsule sodium butyrate (MSB) 500 g/t in the control diet. This experimenl last for 8 weeks. The resuh showed as follow: Compared with the control, dietary with MSB increased the laying rate by 2.93% (P〉0.05) ; At the eighth week in this experiment, dietary with MSB increased the laying rate by 5.35% (P〈0.05) ; The addition of MSB increased quality goods rate by 2.23% (P〉0.05); And dietary with MSB significantly increased the survival rate of AA broiler breeders in the sixth and seventh week (P〈0.05). At the end of this experiment, dietary with MSB significantly increased the survival rate by 0.91% (P〉0.05). In conclusion, dietary with MSB can improve the laying rate, quality goods rale, survival rate and economic benefits of AA broiler breeders.
