摘  要:试验旨在对饥饿28h全雄黄颡鱼再摄食后0、1、2、4、6、8h消化道组织(肝胰腺、胃、肠道)淀粉酶、脂肪酶、胃蛋白酶、胰蛋白酶的活性变化规律进行研究,结果表明:淀粉酶活性以肠道最强,在摄食后0~8h内,其活性分别是肝胰腺的10~30倍、胃的10~200倍,其高低顺序为肠〉肝胰腺〉胃,肠淀粉酶活性在摄食后1h快速上升,2h到达高峰,此后逐渐下降,4~8h维持在较稳定水平,脂肪酶活性高低顺序是肠〉肝胰腺〉胃、肝胰腺和肠组织脂肪酶活性在摄食前后不同时间点无显著差异(P〉0.05),而胃脂肪酶活性则是摄食后1h开始上升,2h达到峰值后缓慢下降,6h到达峰谷后又呈上升趋势胃蛋白酶活性以胃组织最强,其高低顺序是胃〉肝胰腺〉肠,不同时间点胃组织中胃蛋白酶活性分析结果表明,摄食前(0h)该酶活性最高,摄食后1h酶的活性小幅下调,此后恢复到摄食前水平,4h后逐渐下降并维持在较低水平;胰蛋白酶主要存在于肝胰腺和肠道组织,其活性均是在摄食前最高,摄食后快速下降,6h最低,此后逐渐上升。This study was carried out to investigale Ihe enzymatic activity variation of amylase, lipase,pepsin and trypsin in the digestive tissues (hepatopancreas, gut and stomach) at 0, 1. 2, 4. 6, 8 hours after feeding in all-mall Pelteobagrus fulvidraco starved for 28 hours.The results showed that the amylase activity in gut was the strongest, and it was 10-30 times or 10-200 times higher than thal in hepatopancreas or stomach respectively. The amylase activity in gut increased quickly affter feeding for 1 h and reached the peak at 2h,then decreased and stayed in a relatively steady level between 4-8h; The sort of lipase activity in tissues was gut〉hepatopancreas〉stomach, and there was no significant difference between hepatopancreas and gut after feeding (P〉0.05), but the lipase activity in stomach increased at 1h and reached the peak at 2 h, then fell to valley at 6h, and ascended subsequently; the pepsin activity in stomach was the strongest and the order of activity in different tissues were stomach〉hepatopancreas〉gut. The activity of pepsin in stomach was very high before feeding, but descended moderately within 1h after feeding, then restored to original level at 0h, after then,the activity deeclined after 4h of feeding and maintained in a low level; enzymatic activity assay showed that the trypsin distributed predominantly both in hepatopancreas and gut, the activity in tissues was detected very high prior to feeding, but fell down fast upon feeding, and acquired the lowest value at 6h, then increased gradually. This research implies, that the digestive enzyme activity in allmall Pelteobagrus fulvidraco present variation with time -dependance and tissues selectivity in digestive tissues after feeding.
