摘  要:以初始体重(53.29±1.64)g的框镜鲤(Cyprinus carp L)为研究对象,以鱼粉为主要蛋白源配制对照组饲料(蛋白质含量为33%),同时在以植物蛋白源饲料中添加不同水平的蛋氨酸和赖氨酸配成六种等氮等能(31%蛋白,17 MJ/kg)的不同氨基酸平衡程度(EAA平衡关联度分别为0.764 9、0.704 8、0.722 0、0.737 0、0.759 1、0.778 0和0.800 8)的饲料。饲养8周,探讨氨基酸平衡对框镜鲤生长和饲料利用的影响。结果表明:随着饲料中赖氨酸和蛋氨酸的添加,即随着饲料必需氨基酸平衡关联度的增加,各试验组框镜鲤生长和饲料利用都有增加的趋势,当饲料必需氨基酸平衡关联度增加到0.759 1(4组)时,试验组框镜鲤特定生长率、饲料效率都显著增加,但显著低于对照组(P<0.05),试验组蛋白质效率和蛋白质生产率显著升高(P<0.05),与对照组差异不显著(P>0.05);当饲料必需氨基酸平衡关联度增加到0.800 8(6组)时,试验组框镜鲤特定生长率、饲料效率显著升高且与对照组差异不显著(P>0.05),试验组蛋白质效率和蛋白质生产率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。在本试验条件下,当饲料中添加赖氨酸和蛋氨酸调节必需氨基酸的平衡关联度为0.759 1时,可适当降低饲料的蛋白含量,降低饲料成本。The aim is Io invesligate lhe effects of dietary relalivity EAA balance on growth and feed utilization of Mirror Carp (Cyprinus carp L) for a 8-week feeding trial.Mirror Carp (Cyprinus carp L ) in the initial weight(53.29±1.64) g was studied.Control diets (33% of protein content) were prepared with fish meal as protein source.Different levels of methionine and lysine were added in plant protein sources to formulate six isoenergetie(17 MJ/kg)and isonitrogen (31% protein)and six different EAA balance experimental diets (0.764 9, 0.704 8, 0.722 0, 0.737 0, 0.759 1, 0.778 0 and 0.800 8). The results showed that with the increase of dietary Lys and Met and relativity EAA balance, the average growth rate of Mirror Carp (Cyprinus carp L) in trial groups turned to he increased. Specific growth rate and feed efficiency and protein efficiency and protein productivity of Mirror Carp (Cyprinus carp L) significantly increased with lhe increase of dietary relativity EAA halanee (0.759 1,4th group)(P〈0.05), speeifie growth rate and feed efficiency of Mirror Carp (Cyprinus carp L) significantly increased with the increase of dietary relativity EAA balance (0.800 8,6th group) (P〈0.05), and is significantly increased than the control groups, protein efficiency and protein productivity of Mirror Carp (Cyprinus carp L) are signifieantly higher than the control group ( P〈0.05 ).Under the currenl condilions, il concluded that lrail feed with the dietary relativily EAA balance (0.759 1,4th group) can decrease the content of dietary protein and tile eosl of feed.
