壮药华佗豆化学成分的初步研究

摘　　要：[目的]对华佗豆的化学成分进行预试验研究。[方法]采用化学反应鉴别法分别对华佗豆水提取液、乙醇提取液和石油醚提取液进行化学成分预试。[结果]通过预试验,提示华佗豆中可能含有黄酮类、酚类、生物碱、挥发油、有机酸、皂苷、糖类、苷类等化学成分。[结论]此试验为进一步进行华佗豆的生物活性成分研究提供了实验基础。[Objeetive] To conduct a preliminary experimental research on the chemical components of Calonyction murieatum （Linn） G. Don. EMethods~ The extracted mixture of Calonyction muricatum （Linn） G. Don. from purified water, 95% ethanol and petroleum ether were studied by chemical reaction identification methods for pre-trial. ~Results~ The prilliminary test indicated that Calonyetion muricatum （Linn） G. Don. may contained chemical consituents such as flavonoids, phenols, alkaloids, volatile oil, organic acids,saponins,saccharides,glycosides. [Conclusion] The results of priUiminary test provide evidence for further study on the bioactive ingredients of Calonyction muricatum （Linn） G. Don.
