摘　　要：目的：定性定量检测冠心苏合胶囊中的冰片。方法用薄层色谱法鉴别冠心苏合胶囊中的冰片；用气相色谱法测定冰片含量。结果在薄层色谱中可以检出冰片；冰片在0.4～4mg· mL^ -1（r＝0.9990）范围内线性关系良好，平均加样回收率为100.07％，RSD为0.83％。结论方法简便，准确，专属性强，可以更有效地控制冠心苏合胶囊中的冰片。OBJECTIVE Determination of borneol in Guanxinshuhe Capsule.METHODS TLC was employed to identify borneol in Guanxinshuhe Capsule;gas chromatography was used to determine borneol content in Guanxin-shuhe Capsule.RESULTS Borneol can be detected by TLC;The linearity was obtained over the range of 0.4~4 mg · mL^-1 （ r=0.9990 ） for paeonol ,The average recovery was 100.07%,and the RSD was 1.16%.CONCLUSION The method is simple ,accurate ,specific ,and can more effectively control the quality of Guanxinshuhe Capsule.
