摘 要:利用狄龙水质模型计算了四川省升钟水库的水环境容量,分析了升钟水库的污染状况,利用污染物削减后水环境剩余容量测算2020年的合理游客容量。根据TN计算得出升钟水库景区能容纳游客量为158万人彬年,根据TP计算升钟水库景区可容纳游客量为145万人次/年。由最小限制原则,2020年升钟水库的合理容量为145万人次。同时给出了2014~2020年污染物入库量和游客容量规划。当2020年最佳游客量取145万人次时,对入库TN贡献率为3.92%、对入库TP的贡献率为1.92%,旅游产生的污染物量较低,在削减污染物的同时控制游客的数量,以满足2020年升钟水库水质达到国家水质标准I类水质的要求。in this article, the remaining capacity of water environment for Shengzhong Reservoir of Si- chuan Province was calculated by the Dillon model, based on which, the reasonable tourist capacity in 2020 was deduced as 1,580,000 visitors a year according to the tolerance of TN , and 1,450,000 according to that of TP. By the principle of minimum limit, the reasonable tourist capacity of Sheng- zhong Reservoir in 2020 should be 1,450,000 people. Under this assumption, in 2020 the TN and TP contributions from tourism to the reservoir was 3.92% and 1.92% respectively, that meant tourism generated a small portion of pollution load. If we reduced the emission of pollutants while controlling the number of tourists, it is hopeful that in 2020 Shengzhong Reservoir be able to meet the class I water quality requirement of national standard.
