摘　　要：以120紧急阀为例,从结构和性能出发,对紧急阀的设计和制造过程进行深入分析,识别其关键特性及关键过程控制要点,并对其进行优化改进,同时还总结出产品精益研发的思路以供参考。Taking the 120 emergency valve as an example, based on the structure and performance, the emergency valve design and manufacturing process are analyzed. The key features and key process control points are identified and optimized. At the same time, the development thoughts of the project are summarized for reference.
