摘　　要：介绍了基于ANSYS WorkBench开发的转向架构架静强度仿真模板,主要分析了模板流程、输入接口、模型处理、高精度应力结果等关键技术,实现了构架的网格划分、工况定义、计算参数与工作面定义、边界条件定义、求解设置和仿真报告自动生成模块。Bogie static strength simulation hased on Ansys WorkBench development templates is introduced in this paper. We foeusedon the template process model, input interfaces, handle stress, high precision results and oilier key technologies, anti achieved frame mesh definition, operaling conditions, calculation parameters, interface definition, boundary definition, solution sets and simulation report module.
