柞蚕高产优质新品种“高新一号”的选育

摘　　要：以青黄蚕强健农家品种和大型茧"选大一号"为亲本材料,采用杂交选育与系统选育技术,经11年22代育成饲料转化率高、抗病性新品种"高新一号"。该品种对NPV抗病力比"选大一号"高6.6倍,龄期47.9d,全茧量11.36g,茧层量1.30g,千粒重11.35kg,虫蛹统一生命率97.50%,5龄茧重转化率23.00%,5龄茧层转化率为2.64%,收蚁结茧率33.92%,平均单蛾收茧118粒,与对照相比差异均达显著(P<0.05)水平。The tussah silkworm landraces of excellent healthiness and greenish yellow silkworm blood and “Xuandayihao”with larger cocoons were selected as parent materials ,a new tussah silkworm variety “Gaoxinyihao” with high ratio of feed conversion and disease -resistance was successfully bred by means of hybrid innovation and systematic breeding tech-nology after 11 years and 22 generations .The NPV disease resistance capability of the new variety was 6 .6 times of“Xuandayihao”variety ,with 47 .9d whole larval duration ,the whole cocoon weight of 11 .36g and a cocoon shell weight of 1 .30g .The weight of 1000 cocoons was 11 .35 kg ;the survival ratio of larva -pupa was 97 .50% ;the ratio of cocoon weight conversion during fifth instars was 23 .00% ;the ratio of cocoon shell weight conversion during fifth instars was 2 . 64% ;the ratio of cocoon harvest to biginning rearing was 33 .92% ;the cocoon yield per moth was 118 .Compared with the control ,the new variety has a significant difference （P〈0 .05） .
