柞蚕雄蛾粉大鼠90天喂养试验研究

摘　　要：为进一步了解柞蚕雄蛾的食用安全性,将柞蚕雄蛾粉按不同剂量拌入大鼠饲料中,饲喂90天,观察雌性和雄性大鼠的体重以及脏器增重情况,进行血常规检查,结果表明:添加柞蚕雄蛾粉后,雌性、雄性大鼠的生长发育及部分生理生化指标无显著性差异。In order to further study the edible safety of tussah moth powder ,different dosages of tussah moth powder were added in rats’ feed for 90 days to observe the changes of body weight and organ weight of both female and male rats .The blood indexes were also examined .The results show that the growth and part of physiological and biochemical indexes of both male and female rats after fed the powder had no significant difference .
