摘　　要：美国页岩气规模化、商业化生产的巨大成功使页岩气的开发利用问题成为世界能源研究的热点。在对页岩气气藏和开发特征分析研究的基础上,介绍了全球页岩气资源量、美国页岩气产消量,以及当前国外页岩气的开发利用情况,并从科研单位、政府机构、企业单位及国际合作4个方面归纳了我国在页岩气领域的工作开展情况,对我国页岩气的产业化开发提出了若干建议,如注重技术攻关、人才储备、投资主体多元化、有序竞争、完善天然气价格市场机制等,以供决策者参考。Enterprise is the main body for technological creation. How to effectively manage intellectual property right resulting from technological creation is related to sustainable development of an enterprise. Engineering Technology Research Institute of PetroChina Xinjiang Oilfield Company is a research institute of technological development for the oilfield. The intellectual property of its technological results （process, tools, equipment, product and service） can be easily imitated and value-added. The institute has adopted a series of effective measures to protect intellectual property rights of technological results, such as establishing a three-level management system, implementing and formulating policies to step up management and stimulate technological creation, attaching importance to analysis of patent information, promoting technological cooperation, and improving technological level. With the enthusiasm of technological personnel for technological creation triggered, more core technologies and patents have been acquired to significantly enhance the company＇s market competitiveness.
