摘  要:以地沟油生物柴油为原料,研究了BHA、BHT、TBHQ、D-TBHQ、PG和OG等六种抗氧化剂、添加量及两两复配、测试温度、0#轻柴油添加量对其氧化稳定性能的影响.研究结果表明,六种抗氧化剂在其添加量为1 000 ppm对地沟油生物柴油氧化稳定性能均有一定提升,其中PG抗氧化效果最好,诱导期时间为10.32 h;在添加量较低时,BHA、BHT、PG与OG的抗氧化效果较好;而在添加量较高时,TBHQ与D-TBHQ的抗氧化效果较好.六种抗氧化剂对地沟油生物柴油的抗氧化效果顺序为PG>BHA>BHT>OG>D-TBHQ>TBHQ.PG与其他抗氧化剂复配后的抗氧化效果较好,而TBHQ与其他抗氧化剂复配后使其自身抗氧化效果降低.测试温度、0#轻柴油添加量对地沟油生物柴油的氧化稳定性能影响很大,随测试温度的升高,诱导期时间明显降低,降幅很大,而随着0#柴油添加量的增大,诱导期时间增大,尤其添加量较大时,诱导期时间增幅很大.Using the ditch oil biodiesel as raw material,the oxidative stability of ditch oil biodiesel is investiga-ted by adding BHA,BHT,TBHQ,D-TBHQ,PG and OG as antioxidants and the effect of their addition con-tents and blending with any two kinds of antioxidants,testing temperature and the addition contents of 0#light diesel is studied.The conclusions obtained from this study are summarized as follows:when the antioxidants addition contents is 4 000 ppm,the oxidative stability of ditch oil biodiesel can be improved.The antioxidative effect of PG is the best among the six kinds of antioxidants.When the PG addition is 1 000 ppm,the induction period time of ditch oil biodiesel is 13.09 h.When the antioxidants addition is low,the antioxidative effect of BHA,BHT,PG and OG is better;when the antioxidants addition is high,the antioxidative effect of TBHQ and D-TBHQ is better.The antioxidative effect order of six kinds antioxidants to ditch oil biodiesel is PG〉BHA〉BHT〉OG〉D-TBHQ〉TBHQ.The best antioxidative effect is PG mixed with other antioxidants. But using TBHQ mixed with other antioxidants will reduce its antioxidative effect.The measuring temperature and the addition contents of 0#light diesel to ditch oil biodiesel have a great influence on the oxidative stabili-ty.With the increase of testing temperature,the induction period time decreases,but with the increase of 0#light diesel,the induction period time increases.
