摘 要:随着金属铜、锌需求的增长及易选铜锌硫化矿资源的不断耗竭,细粒嵌布的该类难选矿成为重要原料.然而,由于对铜锌硫化矿大多采用优先浮选工艺,导致尾矿中金属损失普遍较大.本文针对云南某典型铜锌多金属硫化矿,采用粗磨条件下的混合浮选抛尾工艺,研究了磨矿细度、药剂种类、药剂用量等因素对抛尾过程的影响.在粗磨细度为-200目75%,乙黄药和丁黄药为组合捕收剂时,浮选抛尾量为原矿量的60%,尾矿含Cu 0.058%、Pb 0.027%、Zn 0.12%,尾矿中各金属损失率分别为Cu 3.21%、Pb 5.49%、Zn 3.35%,在各有价金属以混合粗精矿形式被回收的前提下,实现了较彻底的大量抛尾.本研究的粗磨浮选提前抛尾对铜锌多金属硫化矿资源的经济开发利用具有重要借鉴意义.With the continuous depletion of easy-treatment copper-zinc sulfide ore and the increasing demand for copper and zinc metal,the fine disseminated and refractory complex copper-zinc sulfide ore has become an important source for the production of concentrate. However,the utilization of preferential flotation process leads to larger loss of metal in the tailings. In this paper,an innovative bulk flotation of discarding tailings after coarse grinding is carried out for this typical sulfide ore in Yunnan province,and the influencing factors are studied, such as grinding fineness,collector types and dosage. Under the suitable conditions of rough grind of 75%-74μm,ethyl xanthate and bytyl xanthate as mixed collector,the experiments results show that the yield of discar-ding tailing is 60%,and the tailing contains about 0.058%Cu,0.027%Pb,0.12%Zn,and the loss ratio of Cu is 3.2 1%,Pb 5.49%,Zn 3.35%. The majority of valuable minerals are recovered as mixed rough concentrate.This study provides certain research foundation and it is of far reaching importance for economic exploration of copper-zinc polymetallic sulfide ore.
