学科大类培养模式下学生专业选择的影响因素

摘　　要：采用自编《大学生专业选择影响因素问卷》考察了学科大类培养模式下学生专业选择的影响因素及其与人口学和社会学变量的关系。结果发现:(1)影响大学生专业选择的因素主要包括四个方面,即市场前景、他人影响、个人特点和专业特点;(2)大学生对专业选择影响因素的关注度与其性别和父母职业类型有关,而与其家庭所在地和家庭经济收入无关。本研究结果可为指导大学生在学科大类培养模式下做出更合理的专业选择,以及高校制定大类招生政策和大类培养方案提供理论借鉴。This research used the self-made questionnaire of ＂influential factors of undergraduate academic selection＂ to examine the influential factors of academic selection in the mode of classified discipline-based recruitment. The results showed that：（1） the major factors include market prospect, others＇ opinions, personalities and professional characteristics, and（2） demographic factors like gender and parents＇ occupations have significant influences on students＇ academic selection while family locations and incomes do not. The results of the present study are helpful for students to choose their professions and for the administrators to work out relevant policies.
